Bryan is a qualified chartered accountant with experience across a wide range of industries and organisations during his career. He held a position as audit manager with one of the big four international auditing firms and moved on to become part of the executive management team of a large manufacturing group operating in Africa, responsible for the group’s financial processes, reporting and project financing reviews.
Striving for continuous growth and challenges, he moved into a new industry through his appointment as Group Financial Manager at the JSE listed financial services group. After just a short lapse of time, he was appointed as the Group Financial Director, becoming one of only two executive directors of this fast growing listed financial services group.
After significant achievements and growth in the financial services industry, Bryan pursued a change in portfolio, focusing on the management of various assets, through the appointment as Chief Operating Officer for a large International Investment Holding Group. As part of the new portfolio, he was tasked to assist in the implementation, financing and listing of a renewable energy project Zimbabwe.
During 2019, Bryan acquired a stake in an alternative finance business, providing financial instrument products to businesses for growth funding. He manages the day-to-day operations of the entity as CEO and serves on the Board and Investment Committees of a number of other financial services companies, contributing through his extensive knowledge and experience in the alternative finance industry.
He has vast experience and knowledge in respect of corporate actions, mergers & acquisitions, funding arrangements & financial services and various other business transactions, including effective structuring and management of the underlying assets.
Bryan is very passionate in making a difference and enabling companies to grow and achieve great heights and successes. This also includes knowledge sharing and upskilling of people to realize their full potential.
