Justin Le Roux has had a strong career in listed corporates, having been a Financial Manager for GEM Diamonds (LSE), before being appointed as CFO of Lonrho FSCM, (LSE). He then became Group Executive: Global Business for international Private Equity company SCP, before working in Shanghai building the Asian corporate finance and M&A division.
Justin has gone on to build a significant group company with offices in JHB, Dubai and London and has a wealth of experience in understanding a business’s growth potential and upside – it has become a fundamental skill to the successes of his career.
His ability to understand market levers, and the micro and macro pressures of a sector on the financial and operational aspects of a business has resulted in a strong track record of business success.
Justin was voted as one of Africa’s 100 Brightest Young Minds and is also an alumnus of the Thabo Mbeki Leadership Academy. He studied a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences before doing articles in Johannesburg and is a Harvard Business School AMP candidate.
